The sessions are suitable for ages 7-16 years old and of all abilities – from very sporty kids to those who are not confident in activity and sport. The sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods.
The first session will consist of a biomechanical analysis which will set a benchmark, identifying where the key improvements can be made. The following 5 sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique . At the end of the programme, we will re-test to show improvements, and you will receive a before & after video of running technique improvements. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

Youth Multi Directional Speed Sport Specific Programme

This programme is for any child involved playing at whatever level between the ages of 8-15 in sports such as:

  • Running,
  • Football,
  • Netball,
  • Hockey,
  • Tennis,
  • Rugby

This programme will begin with an analysis to assess the overall movement and coordination of the child as well as their running technique. This is used to identify where key improvements can be made and to set a benchmark to monitor improvement. The training sessions will combine:

  • Running technique sessions,
  • Speed sessions
  • Dynamic Movement Skills exercises, which target agility, quickness of feet, turning ability as well as explosiveness and acceleration and deceleration.

All of this will be tailored to the individual child and their sport which will provide an extra edge to their performance Suitable for ages 8-16 years old. Progression through these aspects will be individual to each athlete.

Youth Movement Coaching

Our Movement training for kids programme is suitable for children aged 7 to 14 years and we make it fun! Because it has to be fun! We look at:

  • individual movement,
  • coordination,
  • walking
  • balance.

This special programme for kids takes into account their growth, their coordination and ability.
The first session will consist of a movement analysis where we look at both the overall movement and coordination of the individual. This is used to set a benchmark and to identify where the key improvements can be made. Depending on the child’s progress, we can advance to teaching running techniques.
The programme is suitable for kids who have:

  • Coordination issues
  • Balance issues
  • An aversion to physical activity and sport
  • Dyspraxia
  • Hypermobility
  • ADHD
  • Autism & Asperger’s Disorder

This programme is offered in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions. Sessions are 55-minutes long and can be taken once to twice a week to allow time to practise in between OR can be condensed into an intensive program during school holidays.
