Movement Coaching Group Classe

Refined Running’s Movement Coaching Group classes are 45 minutes and utilise the Dynamic Movement Skills training system devised by the Movement and Running School in London. Dynamic Movement Skills will stimulate the neural system and will effect significant changes in motor skills and movement patterns in as little as six weeks. It will add variety and an added bow to your fitness or sport specific performance by focusing on the development and enhancement of Gross Motor Skills, body control and proprioception whilst also igniting enhanced:

Speed – Forward, backwards, lateral movements
quickness,
Coordination,
Dynamic balance,
core control and
Explosiveness

Sessions last 45 minutes.
Min group size – 4 people
